1. Bank of America accidentally put all of my money in someone else's account . I didnt realize till i got an eviction notice . I had paid all of my bills and got lots of Insufficient funds charges and bonced check fees from everyone . The bank admitted to doing this and said it would take 3 weeks to fix . They did not care that a full time college student / single parent and her daughter would be put out on the street . I had to contact my attorney and he had it fixed in less the 24 hours . The bank paid for everything and sent apology letters to everyone . I instantly moved to a Credit Union . Have happily been a member for 30 years
